Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind The Frequency Effect and all Accurate Thought products. If you're not satisfied or experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered instantly via email. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the content doesn't meet your expectations or if a delivery issue occurs.

Refunds are not available if a substantial portion of the content has already been accessed or downloaded.

To request a refund, email info@accuratethought.co with your order number or purchase email.

Physical Products

Refund or replacement requests for books and physical items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

We approve refunds or replacements when:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• A fulfillment or shipping error occurred on our end
• The product doesn't meet your expectations (unused, in original condition)

If the issue resulted from our error, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, you're responsible for return costs.

What's Not Eligible

• Orders that arrived correctly and were fulfilled as purchased
• Products that have been used or are no longer in resale condition
• Requests made outside the 30-day window
• Changes of mind or selection errors after purchase
• Exchanges to different editions or product versions
• Gift cards or promotional/bundled offers marked non-refundable

European Union Customers

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, digital goods may be refunded within 14 days if not accessed or downloaded. Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
